1st, after a payment is made, they HOLD your account with NEGATIVE credit. After your payment clears, the put a hold on the account for a minimum of 14 days.
Before the 14th day, they add the interest and finance charges. You can "NEVER" get ahead with this card. If I could give this a negative number, I would. I was expecting (after my payment cleared) to go get LIFE SAVING medication for myself and couldn't even use my card.
(That I payed on), I ended up having to borrow money from a friend to get my meds. That was on 4, Oct. It is now 13, Oct and I still have negative credit in this account.
(Mind you, I made a hefty payment on the card). This card is complete B.S.

Preferred solution: For our payments to be read to use at least 3 days after it clears our bank accounts.

If you pay more than the minimum payment it doesnt help balance to decrease. One month I made 100 more than my minimum payment so the next month my minimum payment was due and I was a day late to being the weekend.
That over payment that I made didnt help any I still had a high balance. What a rip off

I'm away in Jamaica on vacation and I can't use my credit card it keep saying denied
Im trying to use my milestone credit card and it keep saying declined. I also called customer service.
Why are both of my cards cut off?
Well, the problem is I activated a card and they give me $120 fee before I even use the card that is the first problem
- I got it in the mail when i ordered it
- 120 fee for activation is ridiculous
Preferred solution: I would like to know why your annual fee is so high $120 is crazy and I haven’t even use the card

I paid this miserable card off in August and due to a return it now has a credit balance in Oct. I cant get them to refund me!
When I call, I get some rude person who over talks me in Sri Lanka! They claim the check was made but USPS takes 30 to 60 days to get to me. Ridiculous! Ive verified my address as fine.
Im going to class action sue them and have others join me if they dont get me my money. Im also going to file a complaint with the FTC for it.

I did not open the account why I got the card Under my name. Then I call to cancel is no one pick the phone.
I inform because I didnt open the account why I get the card in the mail, I will report to credit breau, but frist I need to close this account.

Initiated payment and went to review payment they had no record of it so made duplicate payment and now they tried to deduct two of same payment. They had no record of my original payment.

They caused my credit score to drop because they open and the closed my account because they couldnt even get my address correct. Sent me a card 4 times and I still never received it .
How hard could it be to get a simple address correct . Unable to barely understand the person on the other end .
Preferred solution: This account taken off my credit as a closed accounts that I never open . Because I never got a card

Yall take to long to credit people money when they pay they account ahead of time, look at CHASE BANK, when you pay that same day, it goes straight to credit, and if you need to use it its there for you, not Milestone, you have to wait approximately 3 weeks before they credit you, even though they deduct it, but still leave with a negative credit.

Wasn't really using this card and was going to cancel anyway. My score has improved significantly in the last few years but I still left the account open and there was a small balance left.
Then, magically I could no longer log in to my account...it seems they were having issues with customers logging into their accounts (kinda important, huh?). I said to go ahead and close my account. About a week later and still the same issue with resetting passwords-meaning this company made no effort to fix the issue. Seems shady.
If people can't log in it will likely lead to lots of customers with missed or late payments.
This is on purpose and it is a scam. AVOID THESE LOWLIFES!!

To cancel my card
Have been contacting milestone since July 2023 to cancel my account after having paid what was owed. No response in letters form.no answer to my ph calls,and still expect me to pay monthly fees sent in the mail.do not use milestone cc company.

I never opened up a credit card how tf did y’all get any of my info. I throw all you crap away because I have my own cards already.
I never signed up with y'all for a credit card . Why is it saying I have one when I never opened one up !

Gladly will pay balance but they keepnsending me invoices w/35% interest and miscellaneous fees as if the account is still active. I paid my monthly payments on time 100%. Wont be returning ever and scam card

They are holding off crediting your account because you have negative credit (over your limit). They want to prevent you from charging right up to your limit before the next bill generates and added interest puts you over your limit.
