They caused my credit score to drop because they open and the closed my account because they couldnt even get my address correct. Sent me a card 4 times and I still never received it . How hard could it be to get a simple address correct . Unable to barely understand the person on the other end .

Milestone Mastercard - Closed my account.

Gladly will pay balance but they keepnsending me invoices w/35% interest and miscellaneous fees as if the account is still active. I paid my monthly payments on time 100%. Wont be returning ever and scam card

Wasn't really using this card and was going to cancel anyway. My score has improved significantly in the last few years but I still left the account open and there was a small balance left. Then, magically I could no longer log in to my account...it seems they were having issues with customers logging into their accounts (kinda important, huh?). I said to go ahead and close my account. About a week later and still the same issue with resetting passwords-meaning this company made no effort to fix the issue. Seems shady. If people can't log in it will likely lead to lots of customers with missed or late payments. This is on purpose and it is a scam. AVOID THESE LOWLIFES!!

Scammers was taking money out of my account in small amounts was hard to recognize had me thinking it was credit charges when it was actually theft attempts thanks to milestone help me to resolve this issue want all to know to be carefull. dont fall and become a victim picture identification is a great choice

Well they gave me a milestone Mastercard with a 175$ annual fee for the first year and then it goes down to $49 after the first year. Then it has a monthly fee that for the first year is $0 but the second year is 12.50 a month plus the $49 annual fee now they gave me a credit limit of 700$ now the lady I spoke with did drop my annual fee by $25.00 so now my annual fee is $150 for the first year and I can make payments and theres no interest rate on an annual fee just purchases. I dont plan too make any purchases this is for absolute life or death situations I have other less ridiculous credit cards for other emergencies but after the first year I would be paying $199 a year just too have this card by that point Im canceling it I have it marked on my calendar an entire month before hand no way will I pay 199$ to have a 700$ credit limit card where I really only can use 500$ nope absolutely not Im just going through some extreme nonsense in my life right now and its just too make me feel better I guess. Next year I hope to be in a better position not to take this type of nonsense.

Pretty much anything else you could think of honestly
Apr is really close to loan sharking
Membership fee after the 1st year is ridiculous

They add charges claiming it had positive amount due to unseen pending charges so you end up using money you think you have but don't. They closed account claiming that they could not find my bank account yet my direct deposit goes there. Upon noticeing this issue with them the first time they tried I called and asked a worker who should know whether or not I should change to a different payment method. She said no it'll be fine I look again and it's closed even though I was told this by a worker they basically said oh well! Run run run!!!

I'm in tears. I have made all my payments on time but this last week my client was in hospital on all my days of work so I won't get a big pay check. I'm a Caregiver. Anyways I just called Milestone earlier my due date is this Friday the 9th and I asked if I could change my date just this month because I won't have enough and I was told no. So not only will I be getting a late fee charge I am going to be in a worse hole. This company don't care they only care about charging people fees . Horrible company. Horrible human being. I don't know what to do
